PRIVACY STATEMENT

Sure Win Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates SureWinCE.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies. For each visitor to our web sites the web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us, aggregate and/or specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our web site(s), and used by us to contact the consumer.

PRIVACY POLICY

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We collect non-public personal information to provide our or services. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may help you make a purchase decision. We collect this information from applications, forms, transactions, and what is given us by you either verbally, written, or electronically. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. We strictly prohibit unauthorized disclosure, accidental loss, destruction, improper use, alteration, and/or discussion of personal information. Information collected through our website is protected in transit by standard encryption processes; however, we cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the internet.

LOG DATA

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics & others that collect, monitor and analyze this information so we can improve our Site. 

COOKIES

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

POLICY CHANGES

The Sure Win policies remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our policies at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the policies on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified policies.

ORDERING

You can order any product or service by Internet, Phone, or Mail. All information requested is needed along with payment to complete your order. We accept Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, eChecks, Checks, Money Orders, and Cash. Payment plans are not available except for the Broker Pre-Licensing courses.

PRICING/MATERIALS/SALES TAX

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices include everything needed to complete the course. We do not charge sales tax. Any tax due is included in the price unless otherwise stated. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We do not charge for shipping and handling unless disclosed at checkout. If your order requires delivery, we will deliver it to you, your office, or have it delivered to you via USPS at no extra charge. 

COURSE CREDIT

You must complete the entire online coursework including any/all class time to receive credit. If any part of the education requirement is incomplete you are not done. Nothing will get reported until it is all completed.

IN-PERSON CLASS ATTENDANCE & RULES

You are required to be in class for the entire time to receive credit. Arrive before the class starts. Walk-in registrations are accepted.

• Late arrivals will not be admitted.
• Early departures are not permitted.
• All pagers and cell phones must be off or silent during class.
  • If your phone rings during class, you will be required to sing a song to the class.
  • If you answer your phone during class, we will take away your phone until after the class.
• You are not excused to answer or return calls.
  • If you leave the room to answer your phone or you disappear for anytime longer than a normal bathroom emergency, you will not be allowed to return to class and will need to take the class over from the beginning to receive credit.
• You are required to personally sign all the attendance sheets provided in the class.

WEBCAST CLASS ATTENDANCE & RULES

You are required to be in class for the entire time to receive credit. Connect up before the class starts.

• Webcast class attendance requires connecting up on an electronic device through a browser that you can use to participate in the class by registering in your name plus being able to submit comments and answers to questions.
  • Sure Win records, tracks, and verifies your connection time and chat responses.
• You CANNOT connect up by phone audio only. You are required to participate for the entire class by submitting comments and answering questions.
  • You will not get credit for attending if you lack participation for any extended periods of time or the entire class.
• To qualify for full verified attendance and receive credit for attending the class, students must demonstrate their attendance and participation at the beginning of the class, continuously throughout the entire class by responding to questions, entering in responses and comments through the chat forum, and at the end of the class, with no more than 45 minutes in-between responses, as per The Real Estate License ACT – Rule 1450.1175 (c).

YOU CANNOT MISS ANY CLASS TIME

• If you are late or leave early you must make up the time missed to receive credit.
• If you miss 10% or less of the required class time, you must make up the time missed to receive credit.
• If you miss more than 10% of the required class time, you will not get credit for the class and must complete that entire class over again to get credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

COURSE EXPIRATION

• All Continuing Education courses expire on the next May 31st after purchase.
• The Broker License, Broker Post-License, Managing Broker License, and Illinois Reciprocity courses expire 9 months from purchase.

COURSEWORK CHANGES

Coursework adjustments involve the following fees.

• The difference in cost will be charged for a Continuing Education change from Online Distant Education to Class(es).
• Refund of the difference of cost MINUS a $25 administrative fee for changes from a Continuing Education Class to Continuing Education Online Distant Education.
• Printed CE books can be mailed for $15. They are free when picked up by appointment.
• The difference in cost will be charged to change from Broker Licensing Online coursework to a Broker Licensing Hybrid Class. Coursework completed will not transfer.
• Refund of the difference of cost MINUS a $35 administrative fee will be issued for changes from a Broker Licensing Hybrid Class to Broker License Online coursework if the change is made before the start of the 1st Hybrid class. There is NO refund or administrative fee for changes from the Broker Licensing Hybrid Class to Broker Licensing Online coursework if the change is made after the start of the 1st Hybrid class. Coursework completed will not transfer.
• A new Broker license text book is $50.

CLASS TRANSFERS

We allow one (1) FREE transfer to another class made before the class starts. Additional transfers will be charged a $25 administration fee. Requests for transfers to another class made after the initial class date will be charged a $25 administration fee and if any hours were completed they are not transferable.

COURSE AUDITS/EXTENSIONS/RETAKES

• Auditing the Broker Pre-License classes (taking the classes for a second time) without receiving credit requires a $101 class audit fee.
• 3-month extensions, starting at the date of expiration, are allowed for the Broker License, Broker Post-License, or Managing Broker License courses for $75 each. 
• To continue with the Broker License course beyond 1 year, if none or very little of the coursework is completed or if extensions have not been paid to date, requires a $250 reinstatement fee and a new book ($50) if needed.
• To retake the Broker License course for credit requires a $250 reinstatement fee and a new book ($50) if needed.
• There is NO auditing of Continuing Education classes or extensions of CE coursework. If you do not complete them for any reason (missed, expired, failed, etc.), you must repurchase the course to continue.

SURE WIN COURSE CANCELLATION 

Sure Win Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, at any time, for any reason. We will make every effort to contact you as early as possible. You will be able to transfer to another class or online distant education at no charge, or receive a full refund. Sure Win reserves the right to cancel, substitute, or reschedule any instructor without notice.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Course cancellations must be submitted by email:

• within 14 days of purchase,
• before the date of first class, or
• before completing any coursework or exams,
• whichever comes first and is subject to a cancellation fee of $25 for CE courses or $50 for Licensing courses PLUS up to 50% (1/2) of the cost of the course or package of courses.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations:

• after 14 days from purchase.
• if you have started/done any coursework, quizzes or exams.
• made on or after the date of your earliest class or if you miss part/all of any class.
• for any CE courses purchased prior to April 30th and not completed on or before May 31st.

RETURNED CHECK FEE

There is a $25 fee for all bank returned unpaid checks no matter the reason.

STUDENT EXPULSION

Sure Win Inc. reserves the right to expel any student at anytime for any reason. Valid reasons would include, but not limited to, cheating, misconduct, or general disruption of any offices, classrooms, or facilities used. Sure Win reserves the right to determine a refund policy, if any, on a per case basis.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)

Sure Win specifically schedules ALL in-person classes at ADA compliant facilities. When we webcast to locations we do not have control over that facilities accessibility.
