SURE WIN INC., an Illinois Corporation, specifically operating to provide the right education to get an Illinois real estate license and to keep an Illinois real estate license. SURE WIN is run and operated by Dean Scherwinski, a 30+ year veteran of the Illinois Real Estate Industry, a Licensed Managing Broker #471.003286, Pre-License Instructor #512.002644, and CE Instructor #563.001775.
IS SURE WIN INC. APPROVED BY THE IDFPR?
Yes, SURE WIN INC. is an Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) approved Continuing Education School, License #562.000223, and Pre-License School, License #510.000224, providing approved licensed Illinois real estate education to get a real estate license and approved licensed continuing education to keep a real estate license.
WHERE IS SURE WIN INC. LOCATED?
The Sure Win Rosemont/Des Plaines main office is located in Illinois at 2200 E. Devon Ave. Suite 246, Des Plaines IL. 60018 in the O’Hare Lake Office Park.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH?
Yes, if you stop by our main office, include it with a group order, or are attending an in-person class. If attending an in-person class contact us by email or phone in advance to reserve a spot. Some of the locations we conduct classes at have limited seating so we want to make sure there we can accommodate.
WHY DIDN’T I GET AN EMAIL?
Unfortunately some emails get pushed into spam/junk folders. Check there first. If you are using Outlook or a similar email management program, log into your actual email account and check the spam/junk folder. If it is there, it will not download to Outlook or similar programs. If you still have not received it, send an email to Support@SureWinCE.com so we can verify your email and resend it.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE MATERIALS?
When you signed up and paid for your courses you were emailed a receipt with additional information about the course(s) you ordered. Included in the email is a computer generated username and password to login at Sure Win Courses.
CAN I ACCESS THE COURSE MATERIALS FROM MULTIPLE DEVICES?
Yes, there is nothing to download. The materials work in any current up-to-date browser so they can be viewed/completed on any device you have access to the internet with a browser.
WHAT IS A WEBCAST CLASS?
Sure Win utilizes the most current online tools to bring together students who live too far away to attend an in-person class. We teach the classes live and webcast them to multiple groups and individual locations. You attend the live class via webcast.
HOW DO I ATTEND A WEBCAST CLASS?
Two days (2) before and two (2) hours before the class, all registered students receive a reminder email which includes the link with instructions on how to attend. You can use the same link for all the classes you attend. Watch for this. Check your spam folder just in case. If you have not received the email the day before the class, send an email to Support@SureWinCE.com so we can verify your email and resend it. Webcast class attendance requires connecting up on an electronic device through a browser that you can use to participate in the class by registering in your name plus being able to submit comments and answers to questions. You CANNOT connect up by phone audio only. You are required to participate for the entire class by submitting comments and answering questions. You will not get credit for attending if you lack participation for any extended periods of time or the entire class. You CANNOT miss any class time. If you do you will be dropped from the class and must complete the entire class over again to get credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WHAT IF I SIGNED UP FOR THE WRONG CLASS OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE A CLASS?
For Broker License Hybrid or Managing Broker License classes, contact us by email at Support@SureWinCE.com or call 888-844-7515. For all Continuing Education classes go to CE Classes Scheduled or BMCE Classes Scheduled for instructions.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE A FINAL EXAM?
That depends on the course and coursework that you are registered for. For details of what exams are required or not, plus options for taking exams go to Exam Information.
WHY CAN’T I PRINT THE CERTIFICATES YOU EMAILED?
The certificates are computer generated from our exam system. Depending on your email provider, they may or may not be sized properly to print. If you need them printed, center the certificate on the screen and print a screenshot.
WHY IS THE CODE OF ETHICS COMPLETION NOT RECORDED AT MY LOCAL BOARD?
Your local board, more specifically the Realtor organization, is a private member trade organization that have their own requirements separate from the State of Illinois. This has nothing to do with the state continuing education requirements. CE Completions are reported to the IDFPR, NOT your local board. Our NAR Ethics course is NAR compliant and can be used for your biennial NAR Ethics requirement. To get credit, YOU MUST forward your certificate to your local board showing the completion of the course. Most boards will accept it by email. Sure Win does NOT email to and the boards will NOT accept certificates sent directly from any schools. It MUST be forwarded by you for you to get credit.
