12-Hr. CORE & ELECTIVE CE STATE-APPROVED ONLINE COURSES

4-HOUR CORE CE: Fulfill the IDFPR-Division of Real Estate’s mandatory requirement with our comprehensive 4-Hour Core CE course. Broker licensees who have completed the 4-Hour Core Course from 5/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 for the 2026 renewal, and Managing Brokers who complete it from 5/1/2025 to 6/30/2025 for the 2027 renewal, will need to complete an additional 2-Hour Fair Housing course for their renewal.
